Our team led the development of the system designed to support strategic business planning and customer engagement across the Jamaican retail landscape. As part of this project, we conducted extensive GIS work including the mapping of over 10,000 assets islandwide. A dynamic, web-based map interface was developed, featuring filterable options to enable customized spatial queries and visualization of market presence. The system also included a route optimization component to support efficient distribution planning and field team deployment. These geospatial tools provided valuable insights for market expansion, logistics planning, and targeted brand strategies.
