Lower numbers of collisions and deaths on Jamaica’s roads in 2023 so far

Between January 1 and August 3, 2023, there were 217 Fatal Collisions and 236 Deaths on Jamaica’s roads.

For the same period in 2022, there were 254 Fatal Collisions and 236 Deaths on Jamaica’s roads.

This represents a 15% decrease in Fatal Collisions and a 19% decrease in Deaths.
